Mr. Bushnell focuses on employment counseling, mediation and
litigation. He has tried numerous employment cases on behalf of
employees, including a landmark sexual harassment case against the
Chief of Police of San Francisco, and many matters involving the
television, radio and entertainment industries. He presently lectures at labor and employment seminars such as those offered by the Practicing Law Institute for attorneys and Human Resource personnel.
